Business Strategy Planning Manager

Join us as a Business Strategy Planning Manager for the Division Semiconductor Solution Group (SSG), where you will play a key role in executing business strategies, driving initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination within the Division. If you have a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to navigate complex business environments, we want to hear from you!

YOUR CHALLENGES 

Strategy Execution & Business Orchestration

• Support and drive the execution of key strategic initiatives within the Division Semiconductor Solution Group (SSG).
• Coordinate and align product marketing efforts across Business Units, ensuring consistency in communication and messaging.
• Consolidate competitor and market analysis to provide insights that support decision-making.
• Own and drive subsets of strategy definition and planning tasks.
• Support the target-setting process and overall strategy-deployment.

Leadership Support & Organizational Efficiency

• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the Executive Vice President Semiconductor Solution Group (SSG) and management team.
• Enhance organizational productivity by applying best practices and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Plan and orchestrate work to ensure priorities are met, including managing follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management & Decision Support

• Manage special projects with strategic and cross-functional focus.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, meetings, and strategy sessions.
• Conduct research, gather, and analyze data to support high-impact decision-making.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and initiatives critical to the SSG Divison’s success.

YOUR COMPETENCIES 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, or economics.
• MBA or other advanced business-related studies preferred.
• 4+ years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, business development, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in a corporate or industrial organization is a strong plus.
• Experience in the vacuum industry is an advantage.
