Aufgabe: Das Ziel dieser Abschlussarbeit ist die Verbesserung der simulativen Lebensdauerabschätzung von Kompressorkomponenten zur Implementierung in ein Digital Twin System Für solche Abschätzungen wird die Betriebsbelastung in Form eines Lastkollektives benötigt. Zur Zählung der Schwingspiele werden verschiedene Methoden herangezogen. Ein bekanntestes Verfahren ist die Rainflow-Zählung. Diese sollen in einem Digital Twin System einen Lebensdauermodell zugeführt werden, um damit eine Bewertung der (verbleibenden) Lebensdauer durchzuführen. Es soll aufgezeigt werden, wie und unter welchen Bedingungen die Lebensdauer einer Kompressorkomponente für ein durch die Rainflow-Zählung erzeugtes Lastkollektiv genauer vorhergesagt werden kann. Your daily contribution: Enable supplier quality by maintaining qualifications, conducting training, and performing inspections. Support suppliers in conducting inspections according to standards, including training and documentation. Analyze quality notifications and inspection planning; monitor and report on supplier performance. Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities and verify corrective measures. Participate in supplier audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives (8D, RCA). Ensure quality assurance through Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) and maintain records. Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and QC teams for seamless integration. Create and maintain training documents and manuals, manage certifications, and handle exceptions.
